Place a medium sized sauce pan on high heat.
Add the oil to the pan.
Make sure the oil is hot enough to glisten in the pan.
First add the onion stirring constanly till translucent.
Then add celery stir for about one minute.
Then add the zucchini stir until the zucchini soften slightly before adding the lemon juice to deglaze the pan.
Then add chili sauce.
Finally add the calamari continuing to stir the content of the pan until the calamari is cooked.
Calamari cooks vey quickly maybe within a 1-2 mintues.
Calamari should be slightly firm but not hard and rubbery.
Serve immediately sprinkling each plate with basil a slice of lemon.
