    Empty the vitamin E capsules in a mini food processor along with the oatmael, blueberries and honey.

    Pulse the mixuture till smooth.

    The mask is ready to use.

    Store the remaining mixture in a airtight container to be used as needed for up to 3 weeks.

    Keep refrigerated.
